I've edited that and made a small clarification in the proof of theorem 3 - at one point I say all terms are equal. Now I clarify which terms this is referring to, since I previously added stuff that made non-obvious which terms are being referred to.
Otherwise I edited only the typo and the example. I kept the estimates on the epsilons in the example, which seem to be roughly correct.
